The media + more venture sells its shares of the startup MessengerPeople to the swedish technology company Sinch. MessengerPeople is one of the leading german software-as-a-service-provider for messenger communication. Sinch is in turn one of the world-leading provider for mobile customer engagement.
Especially in the initial phase of our cooperation we accompanied the startup closely and benefited, thanks to the solutions of the company, through synergies to our core business and created a significant added value on both sides.
